Product Guarantee

Our concern for building a quality playhouse is backed by our warranty. We warrant our homes for a period of one year from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a structure appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use it. Routine inspections, preventative maintenance and play supervision are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free play environment. This warranty excludes any incidental and consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or discontinue specifications and designs without notice.
