Product Guarantee

Our concern for building a quality product is backed by our warranty. We warrant our products for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a product appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use it. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free product. This warranty excludes any incidental and consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or discontinue specifications and designs without notice.
