Little Cottage 4 x 6 Cape Cod Wood Playhouse

The Little Cottage 4x6 Wood Cape Cod Playhouse has an absolutely charming look both you and your child will love. The perfect inspiration for creative play, this house is built from LP Smart Side, which is a wood building material known for its durability, resistance to weather, and its low environmental impact. The pieces are treated with SmartGuard finishing, which uses zinc borates to resist rot and mold while minimizing chemical use and pollutant output. Because LP Smart Side is so strong and safe, the playhouse pieces are covered by a 50-year limited warranty from LP.

This Cape-Cod style house arrives in an assembly kit, along with almost everything you need to build it quickly and easily. Make a family project out of assembly - your child will love choosing paint colors and watching the house come to life. The kit includes:

• 2x3 wood wall and truss framing
• High-quality siding and trim pre-fastened to wall panels
• Panelized, pre-cut wall sections
• Assembly hardware
• White aluminum outside corner trim
• 2 working Plexiglass windows with screens and aluminum frames (12 x 18 inches each)
• Shutters and 2 flowerboxes
• 2 Cape Cod dormers (non-functioning)
• 2 grid windows in dormers (non-functioning)
• Child Dutch door for front of house (16W x 35H inches)
• Adult Dutch door for side of house (24W x 47H inches

All provided parts are pre-cut and in ready-to-assemble condition, and the trim and siding is primed and ready for paint. You supply paint, Dripedge (roof edging), and shingles.
