• 2 pressure-treated 4 x 4 x 16 pieces of wood
• 1 pressure-treated 4 x 4 x 14 piece of wood

Everything else that's required to build the playhouse, right down to hinges and nails, comes included, along with a link to a downloadable full-color manual of simple-to-follow instructions.
