The playhouse sits on a patterned-layout wood floor and is surrounded by a charming white wood picket fence. It has a front and side deck for plenty of play space and a wide activity window with shelf. There's a second wide window on the deck side, also with a shelf and two wood seating stools. There's even a play phone for interactive fun. Kids accent the house through the Dutch door with wood accent roof, and you'll love the charm of the all-wood accent dormer. Sweet shutters complete the look of this darling play house.

      The Phoenix swingset was EXACTLY as described. I was a little nervous seeing it arrive in 4 boxes with assembly ahead, but it was no problem at all. Only a little time consuming. My father and I completed construction of the set in about 9 hours. That sounds like a lot until you see the number of screws and boards. I would greatly recommend this swingset to anyone. As my three year-old said, "Wow, that is special."

          It was easy to order the playground from a very nice man via telephone. I asked for measurements and he also knew those. It arrived several days early and the delivery driver called before showing up. It took about 25 manhours to assemble, but it was fun doing it. We needed more tools than told in the instructions, but that was not a problem. A few of the holes were not predrilled and that would have been nice. The holes on the beam for the 2-person swing were drilled upside down and we had to drill new holes. That was a challenge, but we managed. Working with a 3-person team was a good idea. One person sorts parts and the other two build. The biggest challenge was lining up the holes and bolts for the slide. We did not like the anchors that came with the set and we installed anchors that went much deeper into the ground...using 14" nails and a few links of chain. Our granddaughter loves it and we think it should easily last the expected 8 years or more. It would have been nice if we could have seen one assembled before we bought, but we are happy with it.

            Wasn't too hard to put together, just need to be prepared and have 6 hours to do it. Kids love it. Sturdy construction and looks nice in the yard. Really great price!
